Tien Shan Mountains
In March 2019, the Backdrop crew experienced a tented yurt camp deep in the Tien Shan Mountains of Kyrgyzstan. A 16km skidoo tow, from the town of Karakol on the banks of Lake Issyk-Kul, led the team deep into the Ak-Suu valley and a wonderland of towering spires.
