It’s steeper than it looks!
Summits are a place of joy and relief, yet for me only if I have my snowboard with me.
I discovered this season that hiking off a summit, in crampons with an ice axe in my hand, is something I simply don’t enjoy. I feel exposed in a way that I never do on my board.
So next season, however steep the board is coming with!
